Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern purchases made on golden-glow.fr. The French version (CGV) prevails in case of interpretation dispute — please refer to the French version for the legally binding text.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Shipping fees are added at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Golden Glow never stores card data.

Delivery

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days and handed to the carrier. Tracking is included for every shipment.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn item in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.

Warranty

Legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects apply under French law. Contact us at contact@golden-glow.fr for any claim.
